How is the Auditor General appointed?

According to Section 109 of the Belize Constitution, “With effect from the 15th day of January, 2002, the Auditor-General shall be appointed by the Governor- General, acting on the recommendations of both Houses of the National Assembly contained in resolutions passed in that behalf.”
